If it’s not convenient for us to visit you face-to-face, we can provide high quality, professional video surveys. These surveys are conducted by our experienced removal and storage surveyors, however, they will be conducted at arm’s length by video survey technology. Our video estimators are available::

• Follow these steps to book your video call

You can book an appointment by contacting our office on 020 8874 0928 or emailing info@bushellsremovals.co.uk to request a video survey.

1. When conducting the video call, we'll aim to use a platform that you are familiar with which will either be zoom, facetime or whatsapp
   
2. You’ll receive an email and text message confirming the appointment
3. If you have goods located at a different location to the one where you will be for the video call or in a part of your property where it is known that your signal drops out, please take some pictures of the goods within these areas and email them to us ahead of the appointment
   
4. At the time of your scheduled video survey, you should make sure that you're connected to wi-fi, if available
   
5. Our surveyor will initiate the call at the pre-arranged time, either by commencing the zoom meeting or calling you direct on your preferred video call platform
   
6. Once connected, we’ll walk you through the rest of the process
7. Our surveyor will ask you all of the relevant questions and take notes, just like he was there in person
